My name is Mariam Razzaghi. Based in England and as you can see I love painting koi fish.

I work in a variety of mediums and styles: acrylic on canvas, watercolour, mix media, photography and often combine them in with some digital creativity.
Specialising mostly with Koi themed subjects together with a mix including abstracts and seascapes, florals and more.

As well as original pieces, I am so pleased to be able to offer my artwork and designs on cool stuff through sites like Redbubble, Etsy and Amazon.

About Me
My art studies started back in the 80's and I have always remained passionate in my love of all things creative.
My passion for koi fish
I feel so blessed to be able combine my love for painting with my obsession for Koi Carp. Koi fish are regarded as living jewels and judged in competitions the world over as works of art. So needless to say, a great chunk of my subject matter is KOI.

My Favourite materials

Unless otherwise stated in their descriptions, these are all painted with acrylics on 1.8cm deep wood stretched canvas and are finished off with a satin varnish for protection against UV rays, dirt and grease.

The paintings continue around the outside edges so there is no need for a frame to cover up messy paint blotches.

They are relatively lite weight.

They all come with D-rings and cord attached to the back ready to hang on a hook or nail.
