Redbubble take care of all worldwide payments, printing and shipping.

All your dealings are with Redbubble only. I have no influence over manufacturing, shipping, payments, refunds, complaints or anything else.

Buy my Original Work and Greetings Cards With Etsy

Etsy - Etsy is a worldwide store front for collectables and all things arts and crafts. Most major credit cards and Paypal are accepted so you can make your purchases with confidence and peace of mind.

My A5 and DL size greetings cards are available to view and buy via Etsy.
Original art - Most original pieces are only available for delivery within the UK.

For original art, please make requests via email and I will enter it on my Etsy pages just for you.

Returns & Refunds from Etsy Buys

All items purchased from me via Etsy, are checked and well packed with care by me to withstand the lumps and bumps of the postal service.

Should anything untoward happen during its journey, it is the resposibility of the destination addressee to claim compensation from Royal Mail or Post Office.

If you are not be happy with with your purchase, I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

Just contact me within 14 days of delivery and ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

Return hipping costs and responsibility for proper packaging is with the buyer.

I will not give refunds if the items are returned broken or damaged in any way.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. However due to Brexit and new EU customs regulations, I am not dispatching to outside the UK. However, many of my designs are available at Redbubble and Amazon Author Central (Mrs Koiartsandus).
